Welcome to Kinder Cottage. By enrolling your child and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrolment and Attendance

Enrolment is subject to availability and the completion of all required documentation. Regular attendance is encouraged for the benefit of the child's development. Please notify the centre if your child will be absent.

2. Fees and Payments

Fees are payable in advance according to our fee schedule. Accounts must be kept up to date to maintain your child's placement. Late payment fees may apply. Government subsidies (e.g., CCS) are processed according to the relevant department guidelines.

3. Health and Safety

The health and safety of all children is our priority. Children who are unwell must not attend the centre. If a child becomes ill during the day, parents/guardians will be contacted to collect them immediately. Immunisation records must be kept up to date.

4. Arrival and Departure

Children must be signed in and out upon arrival and departure by an authorized person over the age of 18. We will not release a child to any person who is not listed on the enrolment form without prior written authorization.

5. Behaviour Management

We promote positive behaviour through a supportive and inclusive environment. We work collaboratively with families to address any behavioural concerns.

6. Notice of Withdrawal

A minimum of two weeks' written notice is required to withdraw your child from the centre or to reduce their enrolled days. Fees are payable during this notice period.

7. Changes to Terms

Kinder Cottage reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Families will be provided with written notice of any significant changes.
